Operating Instructions

The product can be used both with and without a remote control.

1. Plug the charger into the product's charging port and charge the product for 120 minutes before using it for the first time.

2. Before use, clean the kegel balls and your hands with soap and water.

3. Press and hold the control button for 1.5 seconds and activate your Hidden Tab Mindy Kegel Balls. When the product works, a blue LED light will turn on under the control button. Of the three kegel products, only the product with a control button has the feature of remote control and vibration.

4. The remote automatically recognizes the product. You do not need to introduce it with any transaction.

5. Apply a water-based lubricant that is not harmful to human health on top of the Kegel balls.

6. Insert Kegel balls into your vagina with the tail of the product out. Kegel balls should not make you feel uncomfortable even though they are placed correctly. If you feel uncomfortable, we recommend repeating steps 5 and 6. If you do not feel comfortable, do not use the product.

7. You can start the Kegel exercise by tightening your pelvic floor muscles. Make sure you feel the right muscles while doing the exercise. For more information on Kegel exercises, you can read our Incognito Tab " What is Kegel Exercise? " blog post.

8. You can start the vibration by pressing the control button on the kegel balls. If you are using the product with the remote, you can start the vibration with the control button on the remote. By pressing the vibration button, you can change the vibration mode and experience any of 10 different vibration types.

9. When you press the button with the vibration symbol on the product, the vibration type changes. The control button on the remote stops/continues the vibration.

10. When you are finished using it, press and hold the control button on the kegel ball for 1.5 seconds, turn off the product and gently remove the kegel ball from your vagina. When the blue LED light under the control button turns off, the product is turned off.

11. Make sure to wash the kegel balls with soap and water after use. Do not contact the remote with any liquid, it is not waterproof.

Charge

• Depending on the amount of charge in the product, the charging time may take up to 110-120 minutes.

• For charging, plug the USB part of the charging cable into the USB power adapter and plug the other end of the cable into the product.

• The light under the control button flashes while the product is charging. The light will stop flashing when full charging is complete.

• Charge the product when vibration strength decreases for best performance and long battery life.

• Do not charge the product even if it reaches high temperatures .

Warnings

• For your health, do not share the product with anyone else, only use it yourself.

• The remote is not waterproof. Do not contact the remote with any liquid.

• Use Kegel balls only with water-based lubricants that are not harmful to human health. Silicone-based lubricants, massage oil, cream, etc. Liquids can damage the product due to the chemicals they contain. Do not use these products as lubricants.

• If you feel discomfort while using the product, stop using it.

• Do not charge the product near any liquid or liquid source to avoid electric shock.
