  1. Personal Data to be Processed

Within the scope of our company's legitimate commercial activities, in accordance with the relevant legislation, shared via our Company's Whatsapp Support Line;

  • Customer identification information (Name, Surname, TR Identity Number),
  • Customer address and contact information,
  • Location information of customers,
  • Correspondence, information and documents, visual and audio data of customers,
  • Customer transaction information, call center records, invoice and payment notification records, customer information system infrastructure records,
  • Legal transaction information regarding customers, information in lawsuits, enforcement files, judicial correspondence,
  • Customer requests, suggestions and complaints

  1. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Our company, within the scope of its legitimate commercial activities, in accordance with the relevant legislation;

  • Providing customer relations, information, order creation, consulting services
  • Offering an alternative consumer service center to enable our customers to contact our Company,
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by evaluating customer demands, suggestions and complaints

processed in a way that is limited to its intended purpose.

  1. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data;

  • It can be transferred to group companies, company partners, suppliers, business partners and authorized public institutions and organizations upon request, within the framework of the transfer conditions specified within the scope of Article 8 of the KVKK.
  • The sharing of data by customers through the foreign data-based application called "Whatsapp", the sharing of data with service providers and business partners abroad for the purpose of receiving product and service support within the scope of the agreements we have made, are transferred abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK, since the servers of the relevant suppliers are abroad.

  1. Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Reason

Our company, within the scope of its legitimate commercial activities, in accordance with the relevant legislation;

  • It collects your correspondence, information and documents, audio and visual Personal Data electronically upon contacting you through the Whatsapp Support Line of our company, and processes it based on the legal reasons for express consent and performance of the contract stipulated in Article 5 of the KVKK.

  1. Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK

Your rights under Article 11 of the Law are as follows:

  • Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
  • If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to articles (6.5) and (6.6) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Requesting the removal of the damage in case of any damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Your complaints and requests regarding your enumerated rights must be delivered to our Company's contact addresses specified in this Clarification Text, with the Application Form and the document proving your identity, by hand or via a notary public or other methods to be determined by the Board. Our company will finalize these applications within 30 (thirty) days after the application reaches us.

In order to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
